Hancock demos Fairlight on Sesame Street
The video of Feist playing on Sesame Street reminded me to dig up the clip of Herbie Hancock demoing the Fairlight synthesizer on the same show twenty years earlier. I am terribly sad to report that it appears to have been taken down by the user! Terribly sad.
If anyone knows where I can find this clip, please get in touch.
One more reason that we need to be vigilant in duplicating and protecting the videos we value. YouTube ain’t forever.
