Ride in a van to the guest house.

Ride a van from the guest house to the Johannesburg airport.
Take a plane to Dakar, Senegal.
Sit on the plane for an hour with your carry-on in your lap while security searches the plane for bombs.
Sleep as the plane flies to JFK airport in NYC.
Ride the AirTram to the Jamaica, Queens metro stop.
Take the E line to 4th St / Washington Sq, Manhattan.
